Evaluation methods vary and are customized for each project. This allows us to evaluate and refine before implementing and again evaluate in the future before updating courses. Without the proper measurements, it’s impossible to know how effective the training was or whether your training dollars were well spent.
Implementing a learning solution is the final and most exciting phase in the process. Although, in instructional design, there’s truly no final phase. The process of designing eLearning content is continuous and iterative, should you wish to update the content in the future.
We will support your Learning Management System (LMS) administrator and assist as needed to implement the new courses. If you are new to LMSs or Learning Experience platforms, we can guide you and provide information for the latest and most popular platforms and tools in the market.
